Why we collect your information?

We will only collect personal information to support the facilitation of the Digital Skills Training For Public Actors in the Tourism Industry. We collect this information to analyse progress and success rate of the training, as well as to facilitate customer queries.

The personal information we collect may include your name, email address, demographic information as well as other information pertaining to your role as a trainee / beneficiary of the programme.


How long do we keep your information?

We will only retain your personal information as long as it is necessary for the maintenance of the training program. Once your personal data is no longer needed, your personal data will be deleted from our systems. 


Is your information disclosed?

Personal information may be shared with the World Bank partner organizations working specifically for the purpose of the Digital Skills Training For Public Actors in the Tourism Industry. Information is only shared with those agencies and bodies who have a "need to know" or where you have consented to the sharing of your personal data to such persons. Your data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
